January Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Daisy Andrews, our January Employee of the Month at Venetian Gardens!



Although Daisy has been with us for only three months, she has quickly become an essential part of our team. Daisy previously worked at one of our sister facilities for five years in dietary, bringing her expertise and warm personality with her.

Born and raised in Springfield, Ohio, Daisy attended South High School before earning her associate’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix. She has two children, Antwan and Kahlil, and six beloved grandchildren—Miah, Ryland, Jayden, Josiah, Zayen, and Kahlia—who light up her world. When she’s not working, Daisy enjoys spending quality time with her grandkids, visiting the casino, making crafts, playing bingo, and cooking.

Daisy’s favorite holiday is Thanksgiving because it’s a time to reflect and be grateful for life’s big and small blessings. She dreams of taking a train ride, visiting New York City, seeing the Grand Canyon, and exploring Las Vegas one day.

When asked what she loves most about Venetian Gardens, Daisy shared, “I like the environment and how everyone is so nice.” Her positivity and dedication make her a joy to work with and a source of comfort for our residents.
