March Employee of the Month

Venetian Gardens is proud to recognize Robin Snider as our March Employee of the Month! Robin has been a dedicated STNA at Venetian Gardens for an incredible 25 years, providing compassionate care and forming lasting bonds with our residents.



Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Robin grew up in Williamsburg and attended Williamsburg High School. She is a proud mother to her smart and beautiful daughter and shares her home with her beloved dog, Bama. Outside of work, Robin enjoys watching movies, reading books, and spending time outdoors hiking and walking on nice days. Some of her favorite films include Pretty Woman and Ghost. She also loves puzzles and listening to all kinds of music. A traveler at heart, Robin dreams of visiting both Hawaii and Alaska someday.

Among her greatest accomplishments, Robin lists being a mother and buying her home, both of which bring her great pride. However, when asked about her favorite part of working at Venetian Gardens, her answer was simple and heartfelt, "The residents."

Robin, your hard work, kindness, and unwavering dedication do not go unnoticed. Thank you for 25 amazing years of service to our residents and our Venetian Gardens family. We appreciate you!
