May Employee of the Month

Venetian Gardens is proud to congratulate Taylor Jones, our May Employee of the Month!



Taylor has been a valued STNA on our team for just 2 ½ years, but in that time, she’s made a lasting impression with her compassionate care and warm personality. Originally from Washington Court House, Ohio, Taylor grew up in Goshen and attended Goshen High School. Inspired by her mother’s example, Taylor followed in her footsteps into the nursing field—and we’re so glad she did.

Outside of work, Taylor is a dedicated mom to her son, Braxton, and dog mom to her pup, Tank. When she’s not caring for our residents, you’ll find her spending quality time with Braxton playing with cars and dinosaurs, cleaning the house, or out on the baseball field. She also enjoys reading, boating, listening to country and hip-hop music, and watching her favorite show, Grey’s Anatomy. Halloween is one of her favorite holidays, and one day, she hopes to cross Hawaii off her bucket list.

Taylor says that one of her proudest accomplishments is being a mom and raising her son. When asked what she enjoys most about working at Venetian Gardens, she shared, “Making the residents smile and making their day.”
