November Employee of the Month

We are thrilled to congratulate Tina Siekbert, our November Employee of the Month at Venetian Gardens!



Tina has been an invaluable part of the Venetian Gardens family for 17 years, serving as an STNA with unwavering dedication and care. When asked about her favorite part of working at Venetian Gardens, Tina didn’t hesitate: “My residents.” Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Tina grew up in Goshen, where she attended Goshen schools.

Tina treasures her family above all else. She is a proud mother to two daughters, Manda and Jennifer, and a devoted grandmother to three grandchildren: Evelyn, Easton, and Waylon. When she's not at work, you’ll often find her spending quality time with her grandkids, watching them grow and play.

In her downtime, Tina enjoys watching Sweet Home Alabama and listening to her favorite music. Christmas is her favorite holiday, as it gives her the chance to create cherished memories with her loved ones.
