A Heartfelt Letter to Our Staff

All of us at Venetian Gardens are so humbled to receive a letter like this from a recent family. It touches our hearts to feel the true impact our care has on residents and families alike. We know that finding a long-term care facility or rehabilitation center can be difficult, and we thank you for entrusting us with your care.

Dear Venetian Gardens family,

How do I put into words what you all have meant to me and my little mama over the years she has been with you?

The genuine love and caring you show to all of us is unfathomable. Each of you holds a special place in her heart; she loved each and every one of you. I am pretty sure she professed that to many of you over her time there. She was surely one-of-a-kind and had so much love to share. Finding the right home away from home for her was a tall task. Knowing she was with people who truly cared for her and loved her was exactly what I wanted and needed for her. Throughout her years there and her last moments, we could see and feel this was our extended family.

Thank you for the plant, but mostly thank you for all the love. I can never thank each of you enough for everything. I love and appreciate each of you in the role you played in my little mama's sweet life.
