February Employee of the Month

Help us celebrate Andrew Legg, our well-deserving February Employee of the Month!



Andrew has been a dedicated STNA at Venetian Gardens for just over a year, bringing kindness, compassion, and commitment to our residents every day. Born and raised in Chillicothe, Ohio, he attended Clay High School in Portsmouth and furthered his studies in Allied Health at Scioto County CT.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time at home with his beloved pets—three dogs, Bambi, Dixi, and Molly, and his cat, Lila. In his free time, he loves binge-watching Netflix, taking road trips, shopping, staying active, reading, and discovering new music. Christmas is his favorite holiday, as he cherishes the time spent with family and friends. Always seeking new adventures, he dreams of skydiving one day and traveling overseas at least once in his lifetime.

One of Andrew’s proudest accomplishments was his time in the Air Force, a short but meaningful chapter in his life. When asked what he loves most about Venetian Gardens, he shared, “Breakthroughs in memory care, seeing residents on their good days and happy, and my coworkers.”
