Celebrating Longevity and Passionate Care

Venetian Gardens recently had the pleasure of honoring a few milestones at the facility. We took some time to recognize our staff members who have been here for years, serving our residents with quality care and respect. We celebrated their longevity with the facility with certificates and a sincere thank you.

We celebrated Sheri Beard, Shelia Papania, and Tim Lightening for their years of service. Sheri is an LPN who has worked at our facility for the past 15 years as an MDS Nurse. Shelia, LPN, has worked here for five years as a Charge Nurse. Dietary Manager, Tim Lightening, was recognized for his time and effort spent here for the past 10 years.



Whichever role you have in a skilled nursing facility, you play a crucial part in the overall care of our residents. Without the hard work and compassion each staff member puts in, we wouldn't be able to provide the quality care that we do for our residents. We want to extend a wholehearted thank you to Sheri, Shelia, and Tim for your dedication, dependability, stability, and big hearts. You are appreciated!
