February Employee of the Month

We want to congratulate an employee that has stood out among her coworkers, Karen Losacker! Because of her hard work, we are awarding Karen Employee of the Month for February!

Karen has worked at Venetian Gardens for about a year in our Environmental Services Department. She makes sure our facility is always kept clean, beautiful and safe for our residents and staff members. She is someone who works behind the scenes but deserves to be acknowledged for her diligent work. Her dedication to Venetian Gardens does not go unnoticed!

Diving into Karen's personal life more, she is married to her husband, Jim, and they have two children together, Jeremy and Ashly, and three grandchildren. She also has a beagle named Goldie. Karen was born in Oneida, Tennessee, and grew up in Clermont County, attending Clermont Northeastern. When she is not working, she likes to be outside in her flower beds or vegetable garden. Karen's hobbies include listening to music and using her hands to build things. She recently helped build a cabin!
