July Employee of the Month

Venetian Gardens is proud to recognize Calista Napier as our July Employee of the Month! Calista has been a valued member of the Venetian Gardens family for nearly 16 years. She began her journey with us in 2009 as an STNA and, through her dedication and hard work, became an LPN in 2018.



Calista was born in Georgetown, Ohio, and raised in Goshen, where she attended Goshen High School before earning her nursing degree from Cincinnati State. She is the proud mom of her 17-year-old son, Braxton, and also has a sweet pup named Belle.

Outside of work, Calista enjoys spending time with her friends and family, exploring the outdoors at the nature center, kayaking, and keeping things cozy and clean at home. She’s also a big fan of reality TV and all kinds of music—she’s especially excited to see Lil Wayne in concert this August!

Travel is high on her bucket list, and she’s already off to a great start with an upcoming trip to the Virgin Islands—her first time visiting the Caribbean! Calista considers graduating from nursing school and being a mom to Braxton her most meaningful accomplishments.

When asked what she loves most about working at Venetian Gardens, Calista shared, “My coworkers and residents.” And it's easy to see why she’s such a cherished part of our team—her compassion, positivity, and commitment to providing excellent care make her truly stand out.
