June Employee of the Month

Venetian Gardens wants to give our community a peak inside the lives of our staff who work hard to provide quality care to our residents. This month, we are highlighting our June Employee of the Month, Tracy Pauley, STNA!

Tracy has worked at Venetian Gardens for over ten years as an STNA, giving love and compassion to all of her residents. She loves being with the residents so much that she recently became our Activity Aide as well. She loves the one-on-one time and getting to know more about our residents.



The residents adore Tracy! If there's one person they love to see each day, it's her. Tracy is also loved by her co-workers because she is a hard worker and dedicated to her practice. Venetian Gardens is so lucky to have an employee like her!

Tracy grew up in Goshen, Ohio, and attended Live Oaks. She is a mother of two adorable little girls. When she's not working, you will find Tracy taking care of her girls and going camping or kayaking. Tracy's bucket list includes a road trip to California and traveling to Canada to see Niagara Falls!
