March Employee of the Month

This month, we've had the pleasure of celebrating Tausha Watson as Venetian Gardens' March Employee of the Month!

Tausha is one of our hardworking STNAs. She is best known for having compassion, understanding, and a big heart. Tausha's co-workers enjoy working with her because she is a great team player. Some other reasons why we love Tausha are that she's patient, empathetic, and comes to work with a smile every day. Our residents she works with on our memory care unit express how much they love being around Tausha too.



Tausha's favorite thing about working at Venetian Gardens is the staff because they are like family. She also really enjoys taking care of the residents on our memory care unit. Tausha was led to nursing after caring for her grandmother for 16 years. We couldn't be happier that Tausha has found her true calling and loves calling Venetian Gardens her second home.

When Tausha is not working, you can find her spending time with her grandchildren. She has a big family with her partner, Mike. They have nine children and four grandchildren. They also have one dog named Pugsley and six cats. A hobby of Tausha's is going to Billiards. She is secretly very talented and has received five MVP Pool Plaques! Her bucket list consists of traveling to every state in the US, and she only has two left to visit; Maine and Vermont!

Tausha is a fantastic part of our team at Venetian Gardens, and we are so happy that she is with us! Our residents appreciate her care and love her so much. When you see Tausha, please congratulate her on a job well done!
