November Employee of the Month

Venetian Gardens would like to introduce our November Employee of the Month, Dawn Hill!

Dawn has worked at Venetian Gardens in our Housekeeping Department for almost a year. She was nominated for this award because of several traits that make her an incredible caregiver. She expresses a positive attitude, day in and day out, while at work. She is known for her wiliness to help others. Her residents also say that Dawn is a hard worker and always has a smile on her face.



Dawn has six children and one grandchild. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and grew up in Mt. Orab, attending Western Brown High School. When Dawn is not at work, you can find her at home taking care of the house. Some of her favorite hobbies include riding her bicycle and being involved with the community by passing out Toys for Tots.

Dawn cleaned houses for nine years and always enjoyed working and helping others. This led to her journey in the healthcare industry. Her favorite thing about working at Venetian Gardens is that everyone is so nice and helpful. Dawn’s biggest accomplishment is having the most respectful kids who always want to help others, like their mother.
