October Employee of the Month

Join us in congratulating our October Employee of the Month at Venetian Gardens: Johnathon Epley!



Johnathon has been a dedicated STNA at Venetian Gardens for two years, bringing care and compassion to our residents every day. Originally from South Carolina, he grew up in Milford, Ohio, attending Milford schools and later Live Oaks College.

Outside of work, Johnathon loves spending time with friends, attending concerts, and traveling. He enjoys relaxing with his favorite shows, Chicago Fire and Grey’s Anatomy, and has a soft spot for Christmas—especially driving around to see all the festive lights. Did you know? Johnathon makes fantastic peanut butter cookies.

One of his biggest accomplishments is becoming an STNA, and his dream is to travel the world as much as possible. When asked what he loves most about working at Venetian Gardens, Johnathon said it’s his amazing coworkers—Carleigh, Calista, and Carrie, whom he fondly calls “the three C’s.”
