September Employee of the Month

Help us congratulate Amanda Watkins, our September Employee of the Month at Venetian Gardens!



Amanda has been a dedicated nurse at Venetian Gardens for an incredible 14 years. Growing up in Goshen, Ohio, and attending Goshen schools, she went on to further her education at Brown Mackie College. When she’s not caring for residents, Amanda is likely off on an adventure—she loves traveling and exploring new places.

Amanda has three children: Jacob, Jaylen, and Kyra, along with two Mini Australian Shepherds, Luka and Faygo, who keep her company. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading, shopping, and listening to a wide variety of music. One of her proudest accomplishments is buying her own home, and one of her favorite movies is 50 First Dates.

When asked what she loves most about Venetian Gardens, Amanda didn’t hesitate—“The night shift crew,” she said with a smile. Thank you, Amanda, for your unwavering commitment and the care you provide to our residents. We’re so lucky to have you as part of our team!
